The person who banned you was Alex, and I'm sure he has legit proof of you hacking, but it might not really be hacking. No-delay could be mistaken anytime, so I apologize if he has banned you for the wrong reason.
I also think that although you don't know him, please don't say anything bad about him, nor anyone else for that matter. As I said, as soon as I can get the screen shots from him and get in contact with the owner, we will discuss this matter.
